Me Natal YITCKO

Lawyer at the Paris and Cameroon Bars, Natal YITCKO practices mainly in contract law, company law, commercial law and heritage law. In recent years, he has focused the development of his activity on commercial law and international practice.

It operates throughout France, but also abroad, particularly on the African continent.

Maître Natal YITCKO intervenes in the Midcaps and PME-PMI market in the context of transaction, negotiation and corporate restructuring operations. In particular, he supports companies in the design and implementation of structuring and optimizing arrangements.

Beyond the consulting activity, he represents his clients before French and foreign jurisdictions. He has also developed expertise in factoring, acting on behalf of several banks and companies.

A graduate of a Master II in litigation from the University of Paris XII, he is a member of the UIA (Union Internationale des Avocats).

He was recently classified by the magazine Décideurs as one of the lawyers with a renowned practice in wealth management-Estate taxation.

Aurélie CHAZAI

Lawyer at the Cameroon and Paris Bars, Aurélie Chazai focuses on mergers and acquisitions, private equity, capital markets, bank financing, project financing, commercial contracts, corporate restructuring and real estate transactions.

Aurélie Chazai was an associate in the Paris office of the English firm AshurstLLP before joining in 2014 the Paris office of the American firm Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton LLP. During her experiences, she had the opportunity to intervene on the corporate and financial aspects of numerous transactions in Europe and Africa (especially in member countries of OHADA).

Aurélie Chazai has also worked in the law firms of Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP, Herbert Smith Freehills LLP, Linklaters LLP, CMS Bureau Francis Lefebvre and Ernst & Young in Paris, as well as in the stock market and financial law department of the asset management company AXA Investment Managers.

She was a lecturer in banking law at the University of Cergy Pontoise (France) from 2012 to 2013.

Flora WAMBA

Lawyer at the Cameroon and Paris Bars, Flora Wamba focuses on insurance and transport operations, commercial contracts, litigation and arbitration, and labor law.

Flora Wamba has acquired a solid experience in insurance law, transport law, litigation and commercial law at the French law firm Granrut in Paris.

In particular, she had the opportunity to intervene in matters of
litigation and advice to insurance and reinsurance organizations.

She has also worked in the Gide Loyrette Nouel and Ernst & Young firms in Paris, as well as in the insurance department of Suez Environnement – Degremont and in the legal department of the GMF VIE insurance organization.

Flora Wamba holds a Professional Master 2 in Insurance Law from the University of Paris I Panthéon Sorbonne as well as a Master 1 in International Business Law and a License in Private Law from the University of Paris I Panthéon
Sorbonne. She speaks French and English fluently.

Sarada NYA

Sarada Nya is a lawyer at the Cameroon and Paris Bars and is a partner in the Cabinet Chazai & Partners. His practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, distribution law, new technology law, maritime law, intellectual property, commercial contracts and corporate restructuring. She is also an expert on corporate governance issues, corporate criminal law and business ethics.

She was an associate at the French firm Courtois Lebel in Paris before joining the Paris office of the English firm DWF LLP within the Mergers & Acquisitions department. She is also an expert on corporate governance issues, business criminal law, business ethics and Compliance.

She also works in new technology law, distribution law, intellectual property and maritime law.

In Africa, Sarada Nya is involved in transactions in several of OHADA’s member countries. She also advises large groups on restructuring.

Sarada Nya also worked in the Corporate & Corporate Finance department of the Paris office of the English firm Pinsent Mason LLP, within the firm Pinot de Villechenon & Associés, within the corporate law department of the company Dalkia, within the management legal department of Alain Afflelou Franchisor, to the group legal department of Tarkett where she was in charge of corporate governance and compliance and as part of the general secretariat of the asset management company Axa Investment Managers, where she was Corporate Governance Analyst.
